About Me

nice to meet you!

I'm a creator based in Atlanta, Georgia that wholeheartedly embraces the real stuff. I’ve been a portrait photographer for 4 years and a wedding photographer for 2. In that time, I’ve documented Hindu engagements, Cantonese tea ceremonies, you name it (There’s nothing quite like seeing five dudes eat wasabi rice balls to win back a kidnapped bride). I’ve photographed in freezing Boston rain and in darkly lit churches and eaten Indian sweets with the family with a camera by my side. All of that to say- I’m not afraid to get dirty to get the shot, and I get a lot of joy celebrating right alongside you.

what inspires me

The idea of creating art and capturing emotions for one of the most important days of peoples’ lives isn’t something I take lightly. Photos are the closest thing we have to physical memories. My hope is that 10 years from now, you can look back at a photo and relive all the emotions from that moment. And hey, weddings are great because we get to pick what they’re all about. Steeped in traditions or surrounded by loved ones, or on the cliff of a mountain- or all of the above.

That being said, I’m inspired by the chaos and the laughter, and the uniquely nuanced love of everyone I’ve photographed. Everyone’s story is a little bit different, and it is so meaningful to share a coffee and find out how.

fun(?) facts about me

  • I’m an extroverted introvert, except for when I’m an introverted introvert. I love nothing more than snuggling into bed at 10pm.

  • I love all things fermented. I make my own kombucha, kimchi, and sourdough. I could get poetic about how everything is alive, but really it’s just tasty.

  • Podcast nerd. Always looking for new recommendations! Some of my favorites are Snap Judgment, Everything is Alive, and the Tim Ferriss Show. And The Memory Palace!

  • Ramblin’ Wreck from Georgia Tech. The world runs on Excel and so will your wedding photography timeline

  • Music is the great connector. Find me on Spotify Here, and if you’re curious, one day I would love to walk down the aisle to this song.

P.S.:

  • 1000% LGBTQ supportive.
